Description GlycoErase™ PPP1R9B knockout HepG2 cell line eliminates PPP1R9B (spinophilin), a PP1 scaffold enriched in dendritic spines, linked to CNS signaling and tumor suppression. This knockout enables studies of synaptic-like signaling scaffolds, PP1 substrate targeting, and cancer-related loss of PP1 scaffolding, particularly in liver cancer models.
