Description The ST6GALNAC1 knockout CHO-K1 cell line, successfully prepared without ST6 N-acetylgalactosaminide alpha-2,6-sialyltransferase 1, cell biology research shows that this cell line may significantly disrupt the normal sialylation modification pattern of endogenous glycoproteins and glycolipids in CHO cells, ST6GALNAC1 protein knockout may significantly affect cell-cell recognition and adhesion, signal transduction between cells and extracellular matrix, as well as important physiological functions of multiple key biomolecules within CHO cells.
