Description The ST6GALNAC4 knockout CHO-K1 cell line, successfully constructed without ST6 N-acetylgalactosaminide alpha-2,6-sialyltransferase 4, cell interaction experiments indicate that this cell line may significantly disrupt normal cell-cell recognition and adhesion behavior of CHO cells, because ST6GALNAC4 protein plays a key role in sialylation modification of cell surface proteins, thus finely regulating intercellular communication, this cell model may be used for in-depth research and optimization of cell aggregation behavior in CHO cell culture processes.
