GlycoErase™ XXYLT1 Knockout HepG2 Cell Line (CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF1131)

Datasheet
SizeQtyAdd To Basket
2 M cells/vial*2

Description XXYLT1 knockout HepG2 cell line lacks XXYLT1 protein, with xylosyl alpha 1,3-xylosyltransferase activity, involved in O-glycan processing in the ER membrane of liver cells. XXYLT1 knockout in HepG2 cells enables study of O-glycan processing disruption in liver cancer ER, potentially affecting ER-localized O-glycan synthesis in hepatocytes and O-glycan dependent protein functions within the ER and broader liver tumor context.
