Description GlycoFlux™ human PRKAB2 overexpression HepG2 cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses AMPK β2. This platform supports isoform-resolved assembly of AMPK holoenzymes and dissects how β2-biased complexes reshape UDP-sugar flux, N-glycan antennae formation, and glycoform stability of liver-secreted proteins.
