Description GlycoFlux™ human MGAT3 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line that constitutively overexpresses MGAT3, which installs bisecting GlcNAc on the N-glycan core β-mannose. Bisecting GlcNAc can suppress further branching and alter core fucosylation, providing a powerful tool to modulate FcγR interactions, tune cell-surface galectin lattices, and study anti-migratory/anti-metastatic glycan signatures.
