Description GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R12B overexpression HEK293 cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses MYPT2, the heart/brain-enriched myosin phosphatase regulatory subunit. This model allows isoform-specific comparisons of cytoskeletal relaxation on secretory throughput and glycan maturation, aiding screens for ROCK/MLCP modulators with beneficial effects on complex-type capping and product homogeneity.
