Description GlycoFlux™ human RBCK1 overexpression HEK293T cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses RBCK1 (HOIL-1L), a LUBAC E3 ligase linked to NF-κB signaling and glycogenopathies. This platform connects linear ubiquitination to secretory-pathway resilience, enabling tests of how inflammatory signaling rewires glyco-gene expression and glycan structures.
