Description	GlycoErase™ PDK2 knockout Jurkat cell line is a Jurkat T cell model in which PDK2 expression is eliminated. PDK2 encodes a pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase that phosphorylates and inactivates the PDH complex. Overexpression contributes to cancer and diabetes. This knockout system provides a tool for exploring PDH regulation, mitochondrial glucose oxidation, and metabolic disease mechanisms in T cells.
