Description GlycoFlux™ human PPP1CA overexpression HEK293T cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses the PP1 α catalytic subunit. This platform links phosphatase activity to glycosylation by testing how PP1-driven dephosphorylation affects glycosyltransferase trafficking, OST components, and downstream glycan architecture.
