NHS-SS-PEG-Cholesterol is a cholesterol derivative in which the succinimidyl ester (NHS) functionalized PEG cholesterol by disulfide bond. It can react with primary amine groups derived from proteins, antibodies, peptides and many other molecules with high efficiency.
