Introduction
The Human WtIRF-1 delivery system is a plasmid vector-based gene delivery tool that targets the expression of interferon pathways and immune-related genes by carrying the wild-type interferon regulatory factor 1 (WtIRF-1) gene. WtIRF-1, a key transcription factor, activates interferon, pro-inflammatory factors, and antigen-presenting molecules (MHC-I, co-stimulatory molecules), thereby enhancing both innate and adaptive immune responses. This system delivers WtIRF-1 via plasmid to immune cells for applications in tumor immunotherapy or as a vaccine adjuvant.
