The cIRF7/3 plasmids express the super-activated IRF7/3 chimeric gene. The IRF-3/IRF-7 chimeric gene delivery system is an immune activation tool designed by genetically engineering the key functional domains of two interferon regulators (IRF-3 and IRF-7). Its core role is to simulate the virus invasion signal and directly activate the rapid expression of interferon (IFN-α/β) and its downstream antiviral genes, while bypassing the dependence on traditional pattern recognition receptors.
