Introduction
Recombinant Flagellin FlicC is encoded by the FlicC gene from Salmonella typhimurium. It is a TLR5 agonist and is a potent inducer of innate immune effectors. Besides, it tends to produce mixed Th1 and Th2 responses rather than strongly Th1 responses.
