GlycoErase™ PGM5 Knockout HEK293 Cell Line (CAT#: GLJF-0825-JF434)

Datasheet
SizeQtyAdd To Basket
1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoErase™ PGM5 knockout HEK293 cell line is a HEK293 model with PGM5 expression eliminated. PGM5 encodes a phosphoglucomutase implicated in carbohydrate processing, glycogen metabolism, and galactose utilization. In humans, it is also enriched in muscle-associated structures. The knockout model enables exploration of energy balance, muscle-linked glycogen processing, and human carbohydrate regulation in a kidney-derived cellular system.
