N-Glycan Labeling Kit

The N-glycan labeling kit achieves N-glycan-specific labeling in two ways: one is direct incorporation of Cy3-conjugated N-acetylneuraminic acid (Neu5Ac), and the other is the replacement of existing sialic acid with Cy3-Neu5Ac using the specific sialyltransferase ST6Gal. One kit supports 100 N-glycan labeling reactions.
