Product Description The quantitative human ARSF (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human arylsulfatase F (ARSF) levels. ARSF is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of sulfate esters, which is located in the lysosomes. ARSF activity is involved in the degradation of certain sulfated molecules.
