GlycoErase™ PGK1 knockout HEK293 cell line is a HEK293 model lacking PGK1 expression. PGK1 encodes phosphoglycerate kinase, catalyzing the conversion of 1,3-BPG to 3-PG in glycolysis, while also functioning in angiogenesis and tumor progression. Mutations cause hemolytic anemia and neurological defects. This knockout line supports research on glycolysis, tumor angiogenesis, and neurological metabolism.
