Specifications
Product Description
The quantitative human TRPV1 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V1 (TRPV1) levels. TRPV1 is a protein that functions as a nonselective cation channel. This channel is notably activated by capsaicin, the compound responsible for the spiciness in chili peppers, as well as by noxious heat. TRPV1 plays a crucial role in the sensation of pain and temperature. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates. Its sensitivity is 0.130 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of TRPV1 in the sample.

Application Notes
Application
The quantitative human TRPV1 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of glycosylated TRPV1 in samples. It finds use in research settings to quantify TRPV1 levels. These measurements can be important in studies investigating pain mechanisms. The kit can also be applied in pharmacological research.
Precision
Intra-Assay: n=20, CV <8%;
Inter-Assay: n=20, CV <10%;
Recovery
Serum sample: n=5, 90-110%;
Plasma sample: n=4, 85-105%;
Standard Curve

The standard curve is for reference only, and a new standard curve should be generated for each set of samples tested.
