Product Description The quantitative human FcaR (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human Fc fragment of IgA receptor (FcaR) levels. FcaR is a receptor protein, which is found on the surface of immune cells. FcaR binds to immunoglobulin A (IgA) antibodies. This binding triggers various immune responses. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, serum, plasma. Its sensitivity is 0.525 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of FcaR in the sample.
