Product Description The quantitative human MHCA (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human major histocompatibility complex class 1A (MHCA) levels. MHCA refers to the classical MHC class I molecules, primarily HLA-A, which are essential for presenting intracellular peptides to CD8+ T cells, initiating cytotoxic T cell responses.
