GlycoErase™ OGT Knockout Jurkat Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF1221

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
OGT knockout Jurkat cell line lacks OGT protein, O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) transferase, adding O-GlcNAc to proteins and regulating phosphorylation. OGT knockout in Jurkat cells enables study of O-GlcNAc modification disruption in T-cell leukemia, potentially broadly impacting protein glycosylation, phosphorylation balance, and O-GlcNAc/phosphorylation-regulated tumor processes in T-ALL.
