Description GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R42 overexpression Jurkat cell line is a stable cell line engineered to express PPP1R42, a centrosome-associated protein that interacts with gamma-tubulin and PP1, serving as a positive regulator of PP1 and maintaining centrosome integrity. This glycoengineered model enables studies of centrosome regulation, phosphatase control, and glycosylation-linked cell cycle processes.
