GlycoErase™ PPP1R42 knockout HEK293T cell line removes PPP1R42 expression, a regulator that interacts with γ-tubulin and PP1 to maintain centrosome integrity and enhance PP1 activity during centrosome separation. This knockout provides a system to investigate centrosome biology, mitotic fidelity, and PP1-mediated cell division control, supporting oncology and cell cycle research.
