Product Description The quantitative human MHCDQ β1 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human major histocompatibility complex class 2 DQβ1 (MHCDQ β1) levels. MHCDQ β1 is a subunit of the HLA-DQ molecule, playing a vital role in presenting processed antigens to CD4+ T cells, thus initiating adaptive immune responses. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates. Its sensitivity is 0.125 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of MHCDQ β1 in the sample.
