GlycoErase™ GSK3A Knockout HEK293 Cell Line

GlycoErase™ GSK3A knockout HEK293 cell line is a HEK293 model with GSK3A expression removed. GSK3A encodes a multifunctional Ser/Thr kinase that regulates glycogen synthase, JUN, and multiple signaling pathways including WNT and PI3K. It is also implicated in the production of beta-amyloid peptides relevant to Alzheimer's disease. This knockout system provides a human-based platform for investigating kinase signaling, glycogen regulation, and neurodegenerative disease pathways, supporting translational research in oncology, metabolism, and neurological therapeutics.
