GlycoErase™ PPP1R16A Knockout HEK293T Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0825-JF567

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoErase™ PPP1R16A knockout HEK293T cell line eliminates PPP1R16A, a MYPT subunit targeting PP1c to myosin substrates. Uniquely, its phosphorylation by PKA activates PP1c. The knockout model is useful for dissecting noncanonical PP1 regulation and cell motility.
