Description
GlycoFlux™ human HK2 overexpression HEK293T cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses hexokinase-2 (HK2), the insulin-responsive and Warburg-associated isozyme. It provides a tumor-metabolism context to examine lactate-conditioned changes in sialylation, selectin-ligand display, and immune-checkpoint glycoform heterogeneity.
