Description GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R15A overexpression HepG2 cell line is a stable cell line designed to express PPP1R15A, a stress-inducible gene activated by DNA damage and growth arrest. Its expression is triggered by ionizing radiation independent of p53 status in some cells, and it is linked to apoptosis and cellular recovery.
