Description
GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R3A overexpression HepG2 cell line is a stable cell line engineered to express PPP1R3A, the glycogen-targeting regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 1 in skeletal muscle. It binds glycogen granules and promotes dephosphorylation of glycogen synthase and phosphorylase kinase, thereby enhancing glycogen synthesis. This system is ideal for research on glycogen metabolism, muscle energy regulation, and metabolic disorders.
