Product Description The quantitative human CA6 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human carbonic anhydrase 6 (CA6) levels. CA6 is an enzyme, which catalyzes the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide to form bicarbonate and protons. CA6 is primarily found in salivary glands, which plays a role in saliva secretion. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as serum, plasma. Its sensitivity is 0.143 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of CA6 in the sample.
