Product Description The quantitative human CHRNα3 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human cholinergic receptor, nicotinic, α3 (CHRNα3) levels. CHRNα3 is a subunit of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. This receptor is a ligand-gated ion channel. CHRNα3 plays a role in neurotransmission. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates. Its sensitivity is 0.125 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of CHRNα3 in the sample.
