Product Description The quantitative human CUZD1 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human cub and zona pellucida like domains protein 1 (CUZD1) levels. CUZD1 is a protein that contains a domain similar to superoxide dismutase (SOD). SOD enzymes protect cells from oxidative damage by catalyzing the dismutation of superoxide radicals. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates. Its sensitivity is 0.090 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of CUZD1 in the sample.
