Product Description The quantitative human ETRB (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human endothelin receptor B (ETRB) levels. ETRB is a G protein-coupled receptor, which binds to endothelins. Endothelins are potent vasoconstrictors. ETRB plays a role in regulating blood pressure. It is also involved in cell proliferation. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates. Its sensitivity is 0.120 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of ETRB in the sample.
