The quantitative human TIGIT (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains protein (TIGIT) levels. TIGIT is an inhibitory receptor expressed on T cells and NK cells. It interacts with ligands such as CD155 and CD112. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, serum, plasma. Its sensitivity is 0.156 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of TIGIT in the sample.
