GlycoErase™ PPP1R7 knockout HepG2 cell line eliminates PPP1R7, a regulatory subunit required for mitosis completion and targeting PP1 to mitotic kinetochores. This knockout enables detailed investigation of kinetochore phosphatase targeting, chromosome segregation, spindle checkpoint signaling, and supports anti-mitotic drug discovery and phosphatase pathway analysis in liver cells.
