Overview
Description
GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R3D overexpression HEK293 cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses the glycogen-targeting PP1 subunit PPP1R3D, directing PP1 to glycogen particles to refine localization and substrate scope. Use it to compare regulatory subunits head-to-head for their effects on hexosamine flux, Golgi processing rates, and cell-surface glycan signatures relevant to adhesion and immune recognition.
