Product Description The quantitative human CHRNα5 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human cholinergic receptor, nicotinic, α5 (CHRNα5) levels. CHRNα5 is a subunit of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. This receptor is a ligand-gated ion channel. CHRNα5 plays a role in neurotransmission.
