Product Description The quantitative human PSMα5 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human proteasome subunit α type 5 (PSMα5) levels. PSMα5 is a component of the 20S proteasome. The proteasome is a protein complex, which is responsible for the degradation of intracellular proteins. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates.
