GlycoErase™ FUT7 Knockout Human Lung Cancer Cell A-427

CAT#: GLJF-0525-JF1304

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
The FUT7 knockout A-427 cell line, also involved in sialyl-Lewis X synthesis, similar to FUT6 knockout, allows for the study of sialyl-Lewis X's role in lung adenocarcinoma cell adhesion, metastasis, and E-selectin ligand presentation, potentially revealing redundant or distinct functions of FUT6 and FUT7.
