GlycoFlux™ Human MGAM2 Overexpression HEK293T Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0925-JF537

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoFlux™ human MGAM2 overexpression HEK293T cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses MGAM2, a predicted α-1,4-glucosidase. It enables side-by-side comparison with MGAM to define glycan-dependent folding, membrane delivery, and dimerization requirements of GH31 family members.
