In the context of biological research, multifunctional oxidase (MFO) has emerged as a molecule of high interest. Through its catalytic activity, it ensures the safe processing of oxidative metabolites within the cell. Tracking its dynamics facilitates a deeper understanding of cellular responses to external stressors.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking multifunctional oxidase (MFO) fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Accuracy; Low Background Noise; Highly Stable Signal Output
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
