Shipped with ice packs.
Target Information
Full Name
Mixed-Function Oxidase
Alternate Names
Mixed-Function Oxidase; MFO; Mixed-Function Oxidase Standard; Mixed-Function Oxidase Reagent
Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of mixed-function oxidase (MFO) are closely linked to overall organismal health. Through its catalytic activity, it ensures the safe processing of oxidative metabolites within the cell. Tracking its dynamics facilitates a deeper understanding of cellular responses to external stressors.
Application
Tailored for accurate quantification of mixed-function oxidase (MFO) across cell biology, organelle bioenergetics, and intracellular signaling cascades.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Excellent Reproducibility; Stringent Quality Control
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
