GlycoErase™ AMY1C Knockout HEK293T Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0825-JF498

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoErase™ AMY1C knockout HEK293T cell line is a HEK293T model with AMY1C expression eliminated. AMY1C encodes a salivary alpha-amylase involved in hydrolysis of dietary starch and glycogen. By removing AMY1C, this knockout model enables studies on isoform-specific roles of amylase in carbohydrate metabolism and digestive enzyme biology. It further supports research in enzymology, metabolic disease, and novel biocatalytic applications.
