Description To analyze FUT4 fucosyltransferase function in CHO-S cells, and to elucidate the role of FUT4 in generating fucosylated carbohydrate structures, including the CD15 antigen, the FUT4 knockout CHO-S cell line provides a tool to investigate CD15 antigen synthesis disruption and its potential consequences for fucosylated carbohydrate structures on CHO-S cell glycoproteins and related cellular functions.
