GlycoErase™ OGT Knockout Human Glioma Cell A172

CAT#: GLJF-0525-JF837

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
The OGT knockout A172 cell line, deficient in O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) transferase adding O-GlcNAc to proteins and regulating phosphorylation, enables the study of O-GlcNAc modification disruption in glioma, potentially broadly impacting protein glycosylation, phosphorylation balance, and O-GlcNAc/phosphorylatioN-regulated tumor processes in glioma.
