Datasheet
SizeQtyAdd To Basket
1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoErase™ PPP1R3B knockout HEK293 cell line is a HEK293 model without PPP1R3B, a glycogen-regulatory PP1 subunit expressed in liver and muscle. Variants have been associated with type 2 diabetes and MODY. This knockout line supports investigations into hepatic glycogen synthesis, diabetes pathophysiology, and glucose regulation in human metabolism.
