GlycoErase™ STBD1 knockout HEK293T cell line eliminates STBD1, a glycogen-binding protein that links glycogen particles to intracellular trafficking and glycophagy, with localization to T-tubules, ER, and perinuclear regions. This knockout enables studies of glycogen turnover through selective autophagy, organelle-targeted glycogen handling, and energy homeostasis, supporting applications in metabolic disease modeling and glyco-cell biology.
