GlycoFlux™ Human EPM2A Overexpression HepG2 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0925-JF623

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoFlux™ human EPM2A overexpression HepG2 cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses laforin (EPM2A), a dual-specificity phosphatase that prevents glycogen hyperphosphorylation. This platform couples glycogen architecture to donor-sugar availability and ER quality control, enabling studies of secretion fidelity, mannose trimming, and glycoprotein aggregation under glycogenic stress.
