GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R7 overexpression HepG2 cell line is a stable cell line engineered to express PPP1R7, a PP1 regulatory protein required for mitotic cycle completion. It recruits PP1 to kinetochores during cell division to ensure proper chromosome segregation. Alternative isoforms are produced through splicing. This system supports mitosis, checkpoint regulation, and phosphatase targeting studies.

Product Disclaimer
This product is provided for research only, not suitable for human or animal use. Due to the inherent limitations of infectious agent testing, investigators must exercise extreme caution when handling cells provided by Creative Biolabs, treating all cells as potentially biohazardous.
The gene product regulates PP1 function during mitosis and helps position the enzyme at kinetochores for proper chromosome segregation. Multiple isoforms are produced.
